Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please email us so that we can best determine how to provide a solution for you. After contacting us, we will offer an option that will best remedy your specific situation. We may request for you to email us pictures of incorrect or damaged products prior to issuing a replacement or refund.

DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING:

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. However, if you receive a damaged item due to shipping, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item, which will be the exact item purchased unless the item is no longer available.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

You may return new, unused, and unopened products (exclusions may apply) within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund excluding the shipping fee. We require that you pay shipping costs for all returns that are not the result of an error on our part (i.e., if you received an incorrect or defective product we will pay the return shipping costs). We may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective products prior to issuing a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 12 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing.

REFUNDS:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
